Yes! We arrange reverse pickup at your doorstep for most pin codes across India. In cases where the size selected was incorrect, a minimal shipping fee applies. Our team will guide you through the entire process.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds /store credit are processed within 1–2 business days. Prepaid orders that were not yet shipped receive a full refund. For other cases, our team will personally reach out to guide you through the process.

If your order is already on its way, we'll issue store credit for the product amount after deducting shipping charges. Store credit can be used on any future purchase at zizuka.in

Zizuka sizes baby clothes by age: newborn 0–3 months, 3-6 months, 6-12 months, 1-2 years, 2-3 years, 3-4 years. Refer to the size chart on each product page, or chat with our support team before ordering. We're happy to help pick the right size.

Our muslin and cotton garments are true to size with a relaxed, comfortable fit. If your baby is between sizes or growing fast, we recommend sizing up for a better fit and longer wear.

Absolutely. Zizuka uses 100% natural muslin cotton that are soft, breathable, and free from harmful dyes and chemicals -gentle and safe for newborns from Day 1.

A very minimal shrinkage of 1–5% after the first wash is completely normal for natural fabrics -we account for this in all our sizing. Simply washing in cold water keeps everything looking and fitting great.
