Padded Underwear for Babies — Muslin Cotton

Padded underwear is a soft, reusable cotton alternative to disposable diapers: pull-up underwear with an absorbent padded middle, made for everyday wear, diaper-free time and potty training. Every pair from Zizuka is 100% muslin cotton, so it stays breathable and gentle on your baby's skin.

Why choose muslin padded underwear?

• Breathable: muslin's airy weave lets skin breathe, which is a real help in India's heat and humidity.
• Gentle on skin: soft cotton layers against your baby's skin all day.
• Reusable: wash, dry and use again. Kinder to your budget and the planet than daily disposables.
• Helpful for potty training: because it's cotton, your little one notices when they're wet, which helps them learn.

Sizes: chosen by weight

Our padded underwear is sized by your baby's weight: Small (up to 6 kg), Medium (up to 9 kg) and Large (up to 12 kg). If your baby is between sizes, pick the larger one for a comfortable fit.

Single pairs start at ₹285, in cheerful prints like Hello Teddy, Tiger, Cat, Butterfly and Snail, and there are value combo packs too. New to cloth? Read our guide: can you use cloth diapers on a newborn?

Washing and care

Rinse soiled pairs first, then hand or machine wash in cool water with a mild detergent. Skip fabric softener, because it reduces absorbency. Dry in the shade so the fabric stays soft and the prints stay bright.
